When you submit an audit request or contact form, we collect the contact and business information you choose to provide. Optional revenue and software details help us understand your needs; do not submit passwords, financial account numbers, confidential customer records, or sensitive personal information.
How information is used
Reeves AI Consulting uses submissions to review inquiries, contact you about your request, organize consulting opportunities, and keep internal follow-up records. Information is not submitted to the interactive demo dashboards. Demo records are fictional and changes remain in your current browser session.
Live AI tools and conversations
When you explicitly ask the website assistant, an industry copilot, or an AI planning tool to generate a response, your message and relevant business or fictional sample context are sent to our configured AI service for processing. Do not include passwords, confidential customer records, sensitive personal information, or information you are not authorized to share. Public AI conversations and planning previews are not saved as lead or article records by this website. Providers may process requests under their own service terms; we do not promise zero retention by those providers.
If you choose to include an AI preview in an audit request, the limited business context and unverified suggestions are temporarily kept in your browser's session storage for up to one hour. They are sent to the team only when you complete and submit the audit form. You may remove the attached suggestions before submitting. Rate-limit counters use one-way identifiers to help prevent abuse and control AI usage.
Administrative AI assistance
Authorized administrators may explicitly generate a lead discovery brief using selected business fields, such as industry, company size, challenges and current software. Contact details, internal notes and activity history are not included in that model request. Administrators can also request working article drafts from their own editorial context. AI does not automatically send follow-ups, change lead records, save articles or publish content.
Service providers and storage
Our hosting and database services process website submissions on our behalf. If transactional email is configured, relevant inquiry details may be sent through that provider to our team. We restrict administrative access to authorized accounts. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
Cookies and analytics
Administrative login uses necessary session cookies. The public website does not activate optional analytics unless an analytics identifier is configured and you grant optional analytics consent. You can change that preference using the analytics preferences control when available. Local browser storage may remember your preference. The calculator runs in your browser; its assumptions are included in your audit request only if you choose to submit them.
Retention and requests
We retain inquiry information as needed to respond, manage ongoing discussions, and meet applicable obligations. To request access, correction, or deletion, contact info@reevesaiconsulting.com. We may need to verify your identity before responding.
